alright, i've been neglecting this blog for seriously far too long, i've so much to update its starting to make blogging tiresome. But nonetheless, for the sake of nothing, lets start from what happened eons ago..
First off, i've been out trying to spend more time with my favouritest peeps. Stay over at ng hwa, heart-to-heart talk with carina, hair cut with cass who thinks she looks like rihana . I'll miss you ng hwa hwa.. if it gets really bad, you might just receive a package from me with a webcam inside. I'll waste those money just to see ur idiotic face. And i think i'll follow edith's style of not wanting anyone to send me off...all those emotional rides? I'm not a fan of it. And as funny as it sounds, i've found a new bitch&shopping mate; julian. A classmate who i hardly talked to till 3 months after graduation.
Then, i've dyed my hair 2 weeks ago. I went in wanting a nice brown and so chose chocolate. Seriously, never judge the colour by the sample given, gawd i walked out the salon looking like a freaked face blondie. So i went back the next day to darken it, giving it black highlights and stuffs, so now its pretty neat, thank god.
Then my bro was in USA for a business-holiday trip. I REALLLY tried getting him to buy me some victoria secrets stuffs (for the fun of just imagining him in a lingerie shop choosing panties designs amuses me to no end) but tough luck, he wouldn't budge. damnnit. But oh wellie, at least i've got my wallet and my see's candies. And then there were pictures of sis's kitten; adorable little thing.
Then about 3-4 days ago i've done the silliest thing i could in my life. i was video conferencing with stephie love, and old habits really die hard, cam whoring was a tradition between us..and so we started taking pictures via the web cam. lolol. my brother came in staring funny at me; posing with a camera in hand at the laptop screen ain't exactly a sane sight.
Then came spring cleaning. nope i didn't finish packing my room in time so there really issin't much to talk about it.
Then chinese new year. HAPPY CHINESE NEW YEAR PEOPLE! hmm.. a particular convo with my uncle went like this
uncle, "so how long would you be in australia?"
me, "5 years"
uncle, "tsk, you're burning a hole in your father's pocket"
me, "...."
uncle, "what are you going to study?"
me, "law"
uncle, "lawyers are bad people. didn't you know that?"
seriously. i'm doing 2 degrees, law and environmental science. like how bad can an environmental lawyer get. as if any of us would say "OMG i reckon raising the litter fine to $10 000 sounds like a good idea won't you say? we believe in greenery! oh and maybe we should make Live Earth participation mandatory. Anyone who opposes this would be fined! global warming is not a joke all right!" sorry but I wanna deal with air pollution and oil spills.. oh wellie. all in all, it was a good cny i guess.. catch ups were enlightening.. my cousins actually exposed a very embarrassing phase of my childhood which neither me nor the other party involved could remember, but it was funny as hell.
So thats a really brief summary on a snippet of my life. Next few days would be dramatic, goodbyes..goodbyes and more goodbyes. Goodbye to stephanie, Goodbye to edith, Goodbye to bro, Goodbye to julian. Most probably.. the next time we meet would be in 10-12 months time. Till then, i'll hold on to the memories we had together to keep going. It'll be a dehydrating week, and i'm definitely not looking forward to it.
