yesterday, i was on a very spontaneous date with a not so exciting partner after the rest of the clique left at parkway.
but spontaneous nonetheless (:
"eh i got craving for wanton mee"
next thing we knew we were at joo chiat right after school.
"eh parkway parade damn near here"
and we were already on the way there
"eh arcade upstairs"
and were playing ancient games from ancient times
i.e remember those games where you had to row a ball up a platform to make it drop into holes with points. i never managed to get mine into the 100 points slot
"eh want chendol not?"
and we were walking out of parkway to Charlie's just to realised that its closed and to be reopened at 5.30. it was 4.30 then
"my mum's office is just down the road"
and we were munching off tidbits in a maid's agency till 5.30
"ehhh.. the fish and soup here damn nice leh"
and we ordered main dishes on top of the-original-plan-of- chendol
"i damn full, lets go parkway walk walk k?"
half way through i said,
"wanna go east coast park? its just there"
and off we were.
"wahhh! so windy and so nice! *cyclists zoomed passed*"
and we were off to buy shorts just for cycling.
it was already 9pm
"eh there's a really cheap arcade here"
and we wasted more money.
i love spontaneous outings, surprises just keep coming one after another (:
