i'm in a really foul mood recently. Been trying to force myself to study 12 hrs per day but to no success or whatsoever. Dad says studying is a fun thing overseas.. i don't see how that is ever possible. Why are the A levels so damn difficult? The Pre-U institutions are there to prepare you for the University issin't it? Then issin't it ironic that its acting as a filter? (filtering the good from the bad). If that's so, do the filtering at O levels. Oh! Of course, unless the superiors enjoy seeing us waste 2 years in JC and another 3 in a polytechnic. Maybe they get more money that way. The Australians protested against a 10hr work day. They believe that a person has the right to have 8 hrs of sleep, 8 hrs of play and 8 hrs of work. They got what they wanted. Now take a peek into my life, the average time a JC student spends in school already takes up 10 whole freaking hours. Not to mention another 3 hours to complete assignments. That adds up to 13 hours of WORK in A DAY. HOW DAMN EXCITING! The country's been encouraging innovation and creativity, as if that could be done through kinematics, differentiation or organic chemistry. Yeah, go ahead and tell me that i should love studying and only by studying do i get the foundation for scientific inventions. How about I decide on a field of studies and then i get my foundation from there? its not too late issin't it? I seriously don't see how partial fractions can help me if i wanna do petrol chemical studies.

Now that i'm done with my outburst. i shall continue on with my "12 hrs" of studies. Check back with me in a couple of weeks time if i'm still alive.

i used to believe that
everything that has a beginning,
has an end.
But not now, cause unhappiness
would never cease to exist.

Enlighten me, what am i living for?
